Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UtiLabs.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

1. Zero-Trust & Client-Side Engine

UtiLabs operates as a high-performance, decentralized web utility and gaming platform. All computational tasks, encryption transformations, unit conversions, and gaming logic are executed 100% locally in your web browser.

Because data calculations are restricted entirely to client-side memory, we do not host, store, or transmit your input strings, files, or sensitive payload records. You maintain sole ownership and absolute custody of your information.

2. Intellectual Property License

The code, graphics, interactive physics loops, CSS tokens, and HSL style variables of UtiLabs are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable Use Policy

  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass the security of local WebCrypto routines.
  • You may not automate excessive query scripts or scraping algorithms against our client-native edge routing systems.
  • You may not use our cryptographic or formatting laboratories for any unlawful or unauthorized activity.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and tools on UtiLabs.io are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall UtiLabs or its operators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools or games, even if UtiLabs has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
